Marie
Crozier-Durham has experience in a range of Human Resource Management areas
including recruitment, training, HR strategic planning, and performance
management. She has particular expertise in relation to Work/life Balance,
Flexible Work Options and Managing Diversity.
Flexibility
at managerial levels, work/life balance role models in organisations and
flexibility and work/life balance in the education sector are areas of specific
interest and experience. Marie has conducted research into these issues.
Marie is the
author of Only So Many Hours: Flexible and part-time work at managerial
levels.1995. AGPS. and a number of models in The Workplace Manual, 2000,
Standards Australia.
She is a
regular presenter and commentator on work/life issues and flexible work
arrangements. She has been involved in a number of innovative Award winning
work/life projects in public and private sector organisations.
Marie
has been involved in Work/Life Key Performance Indicators research being
conducted at the Australian Centre for Research in Employment and Work (ACREW).
